Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Green Valley Pharmaceutical are signing a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the national major scientific research instrument development project "Deep brain stimulation and neural regulation technology based on ultrasonic radiation".

On the 16th, Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Green Valley Pharmaceutical signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai to jointly promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the national major scientific research instrument development project - "deep brain stimulation and neural regulation technology based on ultrasonic radiation", so as to help this achievement with global leading technological advantages and pioneering core technology drive into the fast lane of industrialization.

According to the agreement, Green Valley Pharmaceutical will invest hundreds of millions of yuan to jointly establish Zhongke Green Valley Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., leveraging the leading advantages of the Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the field of ultrasound technology and Green Valley's core competitiveness in the research and diagnosis of brain diseases. Together, they will create a Chinese original non pharmacological treatment platform for brain diseases and promote the deep application of internationally leading ultrasound diagnosis and treatment technology in the field of medical health.

More than 20 representatives from both sides attended the signing ceremony, including Academician Ding Jian, President of Green Valley Research Institute, Geng Meiyu, the main inventor of GV-971, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Zhang Zhenqing, Vice President of Green Valley Research Institute, Zheng Hairong, Vice President of Shenzhen Advanced Academy, Liu Xin, Deputy Director of the Medical Engineering Institute of Shenzhen Advanced Academy, Xia Hongliu, Deputy Director of the Economic Management Office of Shenzhen Advanced Academy.
